We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. This site is trade-only, it is intended for garages, tyre fitters and other motor trade businesses, not members of the public.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect the personal data you give us directly, principally through our trade account application form:
- Business name and trading details
- Contact name, phone number and email address
- County or area, and current tyre supplier (if provided)
- Approximate monthly tyre volume and any message you send us
If your trade account is approved, we also hold order history, delivery details and account correspondence relating to your business. If you contact us by phone or email, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health or financial account details) through this site.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To assess and process trade account applications
- To communicate with you about your account, orders and deliveries
- To provide and improve the trade portal and our wholesale service
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
- Where you've agreed, to send you trade updates or promotional information
4. Legal Basis For Processing
We process your data on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): performance of a contract (setting up and running your trade account), our legitimate interests in running a trade wholesale business, compliance with legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records), and, where applicable, your consent (for example, non-essential cookies or marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).
5. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted third parties who help us run our business, such as IT and hosting providers, delivery partners, and payment or accounting service providers, always under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep trade account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a period afterwards to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations (Irish tax law generally requires business records to be kept for six years). Applications that are not approved are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
