Trade Terms & Conditions

1. Application & Eligibility

Premier Tyres & Accessories Limited ("Premier Tyres") supplies tyres and related products on a trade-only, business-to-business basis. Trade accounts are available to registered garages, tyre fitters and other motor trade businesses buying for resale or fitting in the course of their trade. We do not sell to members of the public. Premier Tyres reserves the right to decline, suspend or close any trade account at its discretion.

2. Trade Account Application

Applications are made via our website or directly with our trade team, and require accurate business, contact and trading details. Accounts are reviewed and approved at Premier Tyres' discretion. Approval gives access to the trade portal, trade pricing and ordering.

3. Orders & Pricing

Orders may be placed through the trade portal or, once your account is active, by phone. All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Prices shown are trade prices and, unless stated otherwise, exclude VAT. Prices may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical error.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver twice daily to Greater Dublin and Cork City, subject to order cut-off times shown in the trade portal, and next working day to the rest of Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods on receipt and report any shortage or damage promptly.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed individually at account approval and confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable in full by the due date shown on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend an account and withhold further deliveries where payment is overdue.

6. Retention Of Title

Ownership of goods supplied remains with Premier Tyres & Accessories Limited until paid for in full. Until then, you must hold the goods on our behalf and keep them identifiable as our property.

7. Returns, Faults & Warranty

Any shortage, damage or fault must be reported to us promptly. Manufacturer warranty terms apply to the products we supply. Goods showing signs of misuse, incorrect fitting or damage after delivery are not eligible for return or warranty claim. Contact our trade team to arrange any return.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to goods supplied is limited to the price paid for those goods, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate a trade account at any time, including for non-payment, misuse of the portal, or a breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; any outstanding balance remains payable.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, transport disruption or severe weather.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of your trade account after a change means you accept the updated terms.
